Mentors has established seven partner foundations - one in each of the largest cities of the Philippines (Manila, Cebu and Davao), and one each in Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador and Peru. These foundations provide enterprise development services in 20 different cities.

Each partner organization combines micro credit (small loans made at market interest rates) with training in business fundamentals and personalized consulting and mentoring. In this way, they provide the tools for micro-entrepreneurs to make sound business decisions.

In addition, mentoring provides the tailored support needed to build individual character and a better life.
